Payment methods
Products and delivery fees are payed during checkout in the webshop. You can pay your order with Finnish web bank services (Paytrail), Credit Cards (Paytrail).
Payment service providers
Finnish web bank payment services is provided by Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized Payment Institution. You can find more information about the service here and at the bottom of this page.
Credit card payments service provider is Paytrail Plc. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard ja American Express. Credit card information is delivered to payment service provider over a secure connection (SSL). Credit card information is not stored to our web shop’s database at any point.
Delivery methods
Orders are shipped using the available delivery methods shown at checkout. For orders within Finland, available delivery options may include parcel point delivery or home delivery. International orders are shipped using the available international delivery methods shown at checkout.

Selling locations
We accept orders from customers worldwide and ship from Finland.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include postage and packing fees. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order details.
Delivery times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within a few working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s service terms and estimated delivery times.
Exchange and refund
We carefully examine the condition of each item before adding it to our webshop and describe any noticeable signs of wear, damage, or imperfections in the product description.
If your order arrives damaged or does not correspond to the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@iamcollectables.fi. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly within the 14-day withdrawal period before returning the item. The item must then be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us in advance.
Problems with delivery
We pack every order carefully, especially fragile vintage ceramics and glassware. However, damage may occasionally occur during transportation.
When you receive your order, please check the condition of the parcel and the items as soon as possible.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at sales@iamcollectables.fi and include your order number together with clear photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the internal packing materials.
Please keep all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved, as they may be required for a shipping damage claim.
We will review the case and advise you on the next steps.
