Vintage Amber Pressed Glass Pedestal Bowl – “Olympia” Style
A decorative vintage pedestal bowl in warm amber-coloured pressed glass, featuring richly embossed medallion motifs, geometric textures and a scalloped rim.
This design is commonly known in Finland as the “Olympia” bowl. Similar examples are frequently attributed in the secondary market to Finnish glassworks, although specialist vintage sources also identify this model as likely produced by Ząbkowice in Poland. Because of this conflicting attribution, the manufacturer is best left unspecified unless an original label or mark is present.
The raised pedestal form makes it suitable as a dessert bowl, candy dish, fruit bowl or decorative centrepiece.
